Temporary Rules Committee Responsibilities – Recommends supplemental rules to how the convention should be run. Rules they may recommend include items such as: amount of time a person may speak on a motion, amount of time a person may speak on an amendment, number of times an individual may speak, etc. The rules the committee recommends will then be reported to the convention. The convention will then adopt/reject/amend these proposed rules.
