Temporary “Permanent Organization” Committee Responsibilities – This is a temporary committee, but is regarding the permanent organization of the convention, i.e. permanent officers. Recommends the names of individuals who should serve as the Chairman of the Convention, Secretary, Sergeant-at-arms, and any other offices they see fit to recommend. These names will be announced to the convention. Nominations for other individuals can then be made by delegates on the floor. |
