Temporary Resolutions Committee Responsibilities – This is sometimes referred to as the “Platform Committee”.  Recommends resolutions.  This committee will shape the language of each resolution and finalize their report.  This report will then be turned over to the Permanent Resolutions Committee.  This report gives the permanent committee a starting point in completing a report of all resolutions which will then be voted on by the entire convention.  The work done by the temporary resolutions committee helps to shorten the amount of time the permanent committee will have to meet.

Permanent Resolutions Committee Responsibilities – Compiles a final list of resolutions.  The committee will receive the report from the temporary committee (and resolutions submitted by other delegates) which will assist them in deciding who to recommend.  This report will then be presented to the convention.
